From Pets to Showrings
Our first kerry, Lady, was bought as a pet. As with most newcomers the breeder encouraged me to enter her for shows. The bug of showing had bitten before we realised that lady didn't enjoy the showring.
Some time later we got Oscar, aka Churchill's Blue Boy(Ex GB, IR, IT Ch. Balboa Belmondo & Clanciarri Tiller Girl.)
Oscar turned out very stylish and loving but also a bit mad with other dogs. He and Lady (see photo right)got on fine togther. In fact, so well they had two litters of pups.
